Inauguration Satellite Photos

It was estimated yesterday that we would see 1-2 million people at the Inauguration ceremonies today. That’s a pretty vague estimate to me considering the top end of the estimate is double the bottom. That’s like saying there are between 3 and 6 billion people on the planet, or the suspect is between 5 and 10′ tall.

Anyway, in what’s being called the fastest non-military turnaround on satellite imagery to date, here are some photos (from space) of what the ceremony looked like today. Anything that looks like an ant hill is actually a large group of people.
